STOP Violence Joins Synergy Family

As of October 1, 2005, STOP Violence is now part of Synergy Services, Inc. This merger will allow for greater reach and impact of the programs of STOP Violence and Synergy Services.

This is a time of transformation for all of us.  Two organizations that provide a vast and varied cadre of programming throughout the metropolitan area have joined as one. Ultimately, the goal is to continue providing important programs that make a difference in our community.

Through the due dilligence of the Boards of Directors of both entities, the merger was proclaimed to be a "strength-on-strength" by an analyst from UMKC. Indeed the impact of the merger will be for the best, as resources from both organizations can now be better utilized and our efforts can be redoubled.
